You can check the status of your requests and cancel requests using My Library Card.

To see your current requests:

• Sign-in to your library account
• Select your name from the top right corner
• Select my requests from the drop-down menu. You will see the details of your request(s) including your number in the queue. Select the down arrow to view the request details including where your number in the queue. If your request number is 1, you are next in line.

To cancel a request:

• Find the item in your requests list.
• Select cancel.
• Confirm by selecting cancel it.

You can check your due dates and renew your loans using My Library Card.

To see your current loans:

• Sign-in to your Page 1+ account
• select your name from the top right corner
• select my loans. This will show you a list of all your current loans and due dates.

To renew a loan:

• Find the item in your loans list
• Select renew. Items can be renewed for an additional 14 days per renewal and up to 6 times if not placed on hold by another student. If the item(s), cannot be renewed, you will need to bring it back to the library or contact us at library@stclaircollege.ca.
