A brief guide detailing how to book a study room at the St Clair College Library.

How to book study rooms using a cell phone

To book a study room, visit our website, https://www.stclaircollege. ca/library.

Scroll down the screen to the “Book Study Room” button.

                    Select "Book a Study Room" button.

 

 

Be sure to read over the information carefully before proceeding. Then, select either the Windsor or Chatham locations.

Make sure to select the campus at the bottom of the message.

When booking a room, in portrait screen scroll over to the side until you get to the room booking grid. If you have you phone set to auto-rotate, you can see the full grid if you rotate to landscape screen.  

Here, you can select a room and a time. The capacities for each room are listed to the left. A room is available at a given time if it is green, and not if it is red. To select a time, click on a green space.

Once you have made your selection, a half an hour block of time will turn yellow. You can book a room for up to a maximum of two hours per group, per day. If you want more time, you can use the drop-down menu to adjust your booking.

When you are ready, click on “Submit Times”. 

 

Ensure all information is correct, and then click “Continue”.

Fill in your information. When your information is filled out, click “Submit my Booking” to continue.

 

Once submitted, you will see a “Booking Confirmed" message confirming the details and you will receive a confirmation email as well. When you arrive, you may go right to your booking. Please see a staff member if the room is locked.

If you need to cancel, you can do so via this email, by clicking on the link.

You will be taken to a page where you can click "Cancel Booking". Once done, the page will indicate "Booking cancelled!". For questions, concerns and inquiries please contact library@stclaircollege.ca.
